1. Who we are
Profit Partner ("we", "us", "our") operates an AI-assisted monitoring and decision-support service for sellers on Amazon.in and, in future, other Indian marketplaces. For any privacy request, email profitpartner.am@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account information. Your name, email, phone, password, and billing details.
- Business data you connect. With your explicit authorization, we access your seller-account data read-only — orders, listings, inventory, advertising, settlements — solely for the service.
- Usage information. How you use the service, to keep it reliable and improve it.
- Payment information. Processed by trusted third-party providers; we do not store full card/bank details.
3. How we use your information
To provide the service; to generate briefs, alerts, analyses, and chat responses; to communicate about your account and billing; to improve reliability; and to meet legal obligations. We never use one seller's data for another seller.
4. What we never do
- We never sell your personal or business data.
- We never share your data with advertisers or brokers.
- Your insights are visible only to you and people you invite.
5. Data access and read-only use
Access is authorized by you and read-only. Your marketplace data is accessed via Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API). This data is used only as permitted under Amazon's Data Protection Policy, and solely to provide the service to you. We can read the data you authorize but cannot change listings, prices, ads, or place orders. You can revoke access anytime.
6. Storage and security
Data is stored securely with industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, strict access controls. Keys and credentials are stored securely and never exposed in client code.
7. Third-party processors
A small number of trusted providers (e.g. payments, infrastructure) process limited data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. They may not use your data for their own purposes.
8. Data retention
We keep data while your account is active. On account close, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 90 days, except where legally required to retain records.
9. Your rights and data deletion
You may request access, correction, a copy, export, or deletion of your data, and withdraw your connection anytime. Email profitpartner.am@gmail.com to exercise these rights, including data deletion.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version will always be posted here, and we will notify registered users before material changes.
11. Governing law
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Profit Partner, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and an authorized operator of the seller account you connect.
3. What the service is
Profit Partner is a monitoring and decision-support service. It provides briefs, alerts, estimates, and recommendations. It does not operate your business for you.
4. Read-only service
Profit Partner never writes to your marketplace accounts. Every change is made by you. You remain solely responsible for your decisions.
5. Estimates are not guarantees
Revenue figures, forecasts, margins, and insights are good-faith estimates based on available data. They may be incomplete or imperfect and do not constitute financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Verify important figures before acting. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on estimates.
6. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans billed monthly in advance in INR — ₹999 Basic, ₹1,999 Business, plus applicable taxes.
- A 7-day free trial is available for new customers, one per seller/Amazon account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime; plan runs to the end of the paid month.
- Payments are non-refundable for partial periods except where required by law. 30-day notice before price changes.
7. Refunds
- You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, up to once a month.
- Each request is reviewed fairly. If due to our error or the service not working, it will be granted.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
8. Your account security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at profitpartner.am@gmail.com of unauthorized use.
9. Acceptable use
No scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, reselling, unlawful use, or interference with the service.
10. Intellectual property
The service belongs to Profit Partner. Your business data remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Profit Partner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
13. Governing law
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
